The North Club Rules and Regulations
  1. The North Club is a private club for members and their guests.
  2. All members are to present their membership card to the front desk staff upon entering The North Club. Failure to present a valid membership card will result in denied entry. There is a $5.00 replacement card fee for lost or stole cards.
  3. Entry to the club may also be denied due to not presenting a picture ID if requested by the front desk staff, not being current with club dues, having an expired membership, or allowing a person to use you membership card to gain entry to The North Club.
  4. Guests of The North Club or a members guest must fill out and sign a registration form and pay the appropriate guest fee before using club facilities.
  5. The North Club and/or staff are not responsible for personal property of members or guests. Members and guests should provide their own locks and keep valuables and other property locked in lockers provided while using the club.
  6. Members and guests may not keep personal items locked in lockers when they are not using the club facitilies. Such locks will be cut off and items removed without responsibility to the owner for the lock or personal items left in locker.
  7. While on or about the premises, members and guests agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations.
  8. While using the public areas of The North Club, members and guests must wear a shirt, pants/shorts and shoes or sneakers.
  9. While using the club, members and guests agree to conduct themselves in a quiet and peaceful manner, doing or saying nothing that could possibly endanger or disrupt the business or reputation of The North Club.
  10. All children (under 14 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult member or registered guest and must be supervised at all times. Children may not use the weight or cardio equipment without proper adult supervision.
  11. Planned programs and scheduled classes have precedence over individual membership and guest use.
  12. The North ;Lub reserves the right to change operating hours, increase dues and change services and equipment at any time without obligation to refund to its members for such changes.

North Club shall be equipped with contemporary exercise apparatus within a modern physical plant and possess a consistently, positive environment that will enhance the members' desire to achieve increased personal levels of fitness.

North Club promises to provide its members with a personable, responsive, professional staff, all while offering unrivaled value within a geographic proximity.
