North Fit is a 45 minute weight training, plyometric, and cardio training system. Three days each week are focused on muscle development and toning. The other 2 days are focused on weight loss and aerobic conditioning.

Silver Sneakers Classic encourages you to have fun and move to the music through a variety or exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, ad a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for sitting and/or standing support. All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.

"Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You'll move through several "blocks," which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength.
